Sample Staged Home

When you book a property with us, you’ll get a full photo gallery including photos of each room and several outside photos of the property. We make sure that the photos are organized in a way that flows like a walkthrough.

The above collage shows the first half of the main floor in this home starting with the entry way and the different rooms on the ground floor moving in a clockwise circle through the house.

This second collage shows the other half of the first floor including the half-bath, breakfast nook, kitchen, and formal dining room.

After we’ve completed the main floor, we’ll start heading up to the other levels (if there are any, of course). This home has a second floor with four rooms and two bathrooms.

We make sure to include shots of every room so that your potential buyers get a comprehensive idea of the property they’re seeing.

After we complete the above-ground levels, we’ll take a few pictures of the basement and the backyard/sides of the home so that buyers can see the entire property.
